How to Enter:

NeedInstructions.com is looking for you to “Create Your Own Instruction, Manual, or How To On NeedInstructions.com.” You can also upload your own instructional video on NeedInstructions.com. Since NeedInstructions.com does not host videos, the video must be posted on another video hosting site first. The list of possible sites includes YouTube, Google Video, Blip.tv, and others. After it’s hosted you will use the embed code to place it onto NeedInstructions.com, “Add a Embedded Video URL Instruction, Manual or How To On NeedInstructions.com.” We are looking for instructions that are creative, well written, and well recorded. NeedInstructions.com will be judging your instruction entries by instruction content, step images, video quality, and the overall instruction. Our judges at NeedInstructions.com will be using a point system to determine the winner.

How to Enter:

To enter a text submission in the Contest, you must perform the following tasks:

1. Write a story about your shopping confession.
   • Start and end the story with the following sentence, “eBillme, I have a shopping confession”.
2. Become a member of the Shopping Confessions™ website by completing the member entry form and submitting the required information, including a valid email address for which you are the authorized user. Your membership will be confirmed within 24 hours.
3. Login to the Shopping Confessions™ website and post your story to the “Contest Entries” forum

To enter a video in the Contest, you must perform the following tasks:

1. Create a 30 to 600 second video of your shopping confession.
2. Upload your video, created in accordance with these Official Rules, to the YouTube™ group
   • You must use the tags “eBillme”, “Shop and Confess™”, “Shopping Confessions™” and “eBillme”. You may also add other tags of your choosing.
   • Start and end the video with a 2 second display of the eBillme logo and use the following sentence to start the video, “eBillme, I have a shopping confession”.  Download the eBillme logo here as MPG or WMV.
   • Note: If you are not able to insert the logo, you must use the following sentence to start the video, “eBillme, I have a shopping confession”
3. Become a member of the Shopping Confessions™ website by completing the member entry form and submitting the required information, including a valid email address for which you are the authorized user. Your membership will be confirmed within 24 hours.
4. Login to the Shopping Confessions™ website and post your video link to the “Contest Entries” forum
